Prenatal Yoga: 6 class in person series

This class is for all birthing people. There will be time for check ins as well as mindfulness practices for pregnancy, labor and birth.

This class builds awareness and function in the core, including the pelvic floor. This class will offer practices that create strength and stability in the glutes and legs, and space in the torso for breath, the chest and upper back to alleviate the back pain common with growing a baby.

The sessions involve movements set to encourage optimal positioning of your baby for birth and poses that can be used during labor to support your body and aid in navigating your baby into the world.

This class will be capped at 9 students. The small class sizes provides the space to ask questions and get to know other students growing a baby at the same time (yay new parent friends). A recording of every class is sent to all participants so that students have to miss a class or if they like a class and want to do it again- they have access. The videos are available for viewing as many time as one would like for 30 days.

Masks are optional.

Participants will have access to my yoga/pregnancy/birth/postpartum lending library during the series.

WHEN: 6 sessions on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM

Spring Series Dates: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5

WHERE: At my studio in Ardenwald neighborhood in Milwaukie, OR. More details will be provided after registration.

RATE: Sliding scale pricing options:

$110— Community Rate (discounted)

$125— Sustainer Rate (pays for you)

$140— Supporter Rate (supports yourself & others)

Please inquire about a scholarship if the sliding scale rates are not accessible.
