Rest and deep relaxation is the aim of this class. Class will include meditation, gentle movement, and a series of restorative poses held for 4-10 minutes each with the aid of props. We will use bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags and eye pillows to support the body towards the possibility of deep rest, relaxation and ease. All props will be provided. Masks are optional. This class will be capped at 8 students.

WHEN: 6 sessions at 7:15pm-8:30pm on Wednesdays
