Yogi Training at CorePower Yoga starts soon!

I am thrilled to be one of the coaches for the next round of Yogi Training at CorePower Yoga! Are you interested in learning more about yoga and your individual practice? Do you want more time to ask questions, get feedback and make new yoga friends?  This is an amazing program for a yogi on any part of their journey.  Would you like to work on inversions? Learn about the Yamas and Niyamas? Chant? Learn different styles of pranayama? Take time to know yourself better?  Yogi Training is a lovely program to explore all these things and more. I did the program last year and couldn't believe how much I learned about my own practice and myself. I would love for you to explore your practice with me and the rest of this supportive, inspiring community. You also get to practice at CorePower for free for the duration of the program.
